If you want to fully expand you're chakras and reach true enlightenment, the goal should be to resist partaking in earthly pleasures, even in Hinduism, and deprive yourself of this pleasure and wrong thought or wrong action. Even A summoning or a spell with ill intent can be seen by the Hindu gods when you've opened your 6th and 7th chakras (third eye and cosmic connection to Shiva and Vishnu) as well as even the 1st and 4th (base chakra which Shakti is placed over, and Solar Plexus, the life giving chakra)

Combining it with evolutionary theory, we can see that the ancestry of life started with the Stomach (what you call the root) and a simplified mouth/anus (a la jellyfish) developing into a distinct mouth and anus (i.e. worms) and lineating the flow of energy (kundalini)
Below and above are both human thoughts.
It so happesn that humans are disgusted and repulsed by things happening below the stomach (sex, excretion etc.) and hide it out of shame (transferral of negativity to "chakra" below the anus i.e. legs)
things happening above the stomach are associated with happiness (heartbeat=individual self, personal life force) and more obviously, the brain (third eye etc.)

However, those in possession of the absolute (Buddha, Jesus etc.) have the power to sentence, judge, condemn etc. and basically write the law as the image of the absolute (which is Perfection)
however, this world is not perfection, and does not fit with Buddhist ideology, it is incomplete.
What the world needs to destroy sin is someone who can completely understand things both relatively and absolutely, not just following the way which was there, but also creating a new way, a new life etc.
This is why Jesus told his disciples that they could judge others (i.e. they transcended hell instantly, even if they still committed wrong actions, their punishment was basically reduced)

This is a very close minded belief. Both the Greek gods and the Roman gods rebelled against a titan called Kronus/Saturn (who was worshiped in Carthage, a Phoenician and therefor Canaanite settlement) and caged him in Tartarus, which in Christianity is the lower hells where souls are actually tormented by demons and not just snakes and rotting.
