I've noticed on the Flight Radar 24 that there is a 'plane' moving VERY erraticly. It has no callsign and it keeps changing directions and speed seriously fast. I think this might be a terrorist hijack or maybe a UFO?

Could easily be that the radar/satellite lost track of it for a while and the teleporting/hovering/moving fast is it figuring out where it is again.
Or, it could be a glitch when multiple planes of similar size/make with no callsign are in the air, it doesn't know that they are different planes so the icon is bouncing between many different planes.

I have no idea why people are linking this disappearance to a 'UFO', but from my understanding, someone noticed a plane with no callsign that seemed to be flying around pretty erratically. It ended up being STQ99B. With a good amount of people watching, it repeated disappeared from our screens, and now the flight's not found. It just 'poofed'. We can only assume it crashed at the moment.

Egypt's foreign ministry has put out a statement in which it refers to the "falling" of the plane: the first real indication from Egypt that flight MS804 might have come down.
It says that the Egyptian and French foreign ministers exchanged condolences, and agreed to co-operate on investigating what happened.

It can't be a UFO because it obviously is transmitting a transponder signal or it would not show up on the map.
So it is not unidentified, it just not displaying a callsign.
And when it comes to "erratic behavior" these systems are not 100% reliable, transponder signals are sometimes lost, and the feed to the website is not realtime so when it reconnects the signal it can sometimes cause the site to show erratic movement patterns since it is trying to show the course corrections that has happened over 10 minutes all at once once the website re-syncs.
It will sometimes show even weirder patterns if the plane has had time to land and disable the transponder during the time before the site is synced again, sometimes showing "ghost planes" on impossible heights, speeds and trajectories.
Also it could be someone fucking around with ADS-B, it has been pointed out for years now that it is vulnerable to spoofing and injection attacks.
