Dude, I dunno.... I don't think there was an anime that is like those two unless they came out years before those two quite possibly had those ideas ripped out and pasted to their anime like it was The Hunger Games looking for more ideas from Battle Royale...

If I download a pirated copy of Windows 7 and update to Windows 10, would that get rid of any viruses that may have been included, or is the instillation still fucked?
So wait, do you have viruses currently? Are you doing the Microsoft free upgrade with a pirated w7, or are you buying w10? Wut?
I had pirated w7, and bought a ssd recently, so I went to legit w10 and ssd+hdd by doing the following:
1) find your pirated copy of w7, or just download images from Microsoft website/trusted source
2) Do clean install of w7 install, inc format, without entering key
3) Update to SP1, do this before next step, cause random shit went wrong for me when I uninstalled/tried changing key
4) buy legit w7 key for your version from sellers on leddit for well under retail. There's a sub for just selling windows keys that has completely reputable sellers and only select people can advertise. My key from s5ean was for SP1 specifically, and I hadn't updated, hence point 3
5) activate bought key, which should go fine as these sellers are good. Message the seller if it doesn't
6) Do w10 free upgrade with now-legit w7
7) install and configure programs as necessary
That's how I got from pirated w7 to w10 for $25

You shouldn't ever need to worry about getting viruses from pirating Win7. MS posted good checksums for the ISO images.

If you have the HDD in the disc might try to repair your windows install instead of installing fresh on the ssd. Can't hurt to take it out but it probably doesn't matter.
When you install it'll ask you to partition, so partition, and then you can install Debian on second boot

Yes, disconnect the HDDs you're not using while installing Win7, make sure to leave enough unpartitioned room for Debian.
