What is the best way to acquire manga and what is the best device to read them on?
Physical books: kanzenban > tankobon > magazines. Read them in a well-lit room.
Digital releases: You usually use the format in which the manga is released without changing anything. Read it either on a monitor or a tablet with a good resolution.

I read my Manga digitally using the zingbox manga app. There are multiple sites so you can find pretty much any manga on it and it's pretty well organized.

Hello, so i have a technical issue about accessing 4 chan. So right now im at my parents house but in my regular appartment i have acces to internet only to a public connection (living in a student residence) and i can basically lurk 4 chan but not post.
