Should I read the One Punch Man manga?
I normally don't bother reading unfinished manga but I finished the anime and I want more OPM.
Is the manga far enough into the story that it will feel satisfying to read, or will I be left unsatisfied with the lack content?

Officially no, but the it only finished airing a few days ago. The possibility of the series not getting a season 2 seems near impossible to me.

Not sure about a party, but Gintama is the best I've seen/read with the description you've given, the serious to comedic ratio is pretty random though, and usually falls back on comedy.

I personally like the dynasty warriors series for mindless fun. I hear the persona series is quite good too. There's a host of rpgs for the ps4 if you like those. Truth be told I don't actually have a ps4 but a few of my friends do so I'm just going off of what I've seen and what they like.
So I got a new phone (Moto E 1st gen) for Christmas and whenever it plays sound (music, YouTube, anything really), there is a quiet hissing noise. I can hear it on speakers and on headphones.
It also persists for a couple of seconds after audio stops too.
Is something like this normal? Do I have a faulty phone?
