I've heard that the anime adaptation of Kafka's "A Country Doctor" is supposed to be good, but I haven't seen it yet.
Honestly horror animes are hard to come by. Another is kinda suspenseful. Kinda.
Higurashi has some horror elements in it but it goes downhill after the first series.
As for books, I found "The Book Thief" to be kinda creepy in a certain way.
Anything by Poe is macabre, but read some of his less popular stories, they're stranger than the famous...

I just recommended it in another thread, but the best romance manga in history is Take on Me. Porn though.
It, together with Kemonozume (the Yuasa anime), is the best romance in any medium, by far.

So I recently torrented 4x4 evolution 2 since I was so fond of it in my childhood. I've been playing it for a few weeks now but starting a few days ago whenever I've opened it, the game instantly minimizes and refuses to maximize. I'm running it on win-xp and up until this issue it's been running fine. Even after it's minimized task manager claims it's running fine. any idea why it might be doing this?

i have an old 2011 macbook pro and its really slowed down. everything takes way too long to boot, opening programs freezes everything, browsers are so slow. shit like that.
will upgrading to a SSD make a big enough difference or should i just save the money and save for a new mbp

I know this isn't really a technical support bored but I really need help with game sharing on my ps4. My brother gave me his ps4 with a bunch of games. I added my gamertag to the system and got those available on my account. I got a buddy that used to game share with me on my ps3 and finally got a ps4. We can't seem to figure out how to share the game and have me play on my profile

you probably won't get much help though since most people here are pcmasterrace and have little experience with consoles and how sony wants game sharing to work with consoles. Try asking on sony's forums.
What's the best website or app to view anime on a smartphone? All that I find have dead video sources, limited selection, or very low quality videos. I don't really have access to a computer which is why I'm limited to my phone.
