The author seems to be Takizawa Kai and the artist Kawasaki Mieko. Printed by Houbunsha Comics in 1985. 上海魔女 is the name. I couldn't find any other information. It's not even listed anywhere under their names.

I found this microcard reader I bought roughly 5 years ago, but I can't get it to work on either of my W7 computers.
I assume I'm missing drivers but I can't find info for it anywhere.
Pic related is the reader in question. Reverse image searching got me nowhere. The device is called FNK TECH USB CARD READER Device in my hardware folder.
