Hello /wsr/, looking for some guidance/advice on a computer I want to build as I have been out of the game so to speak for a while.
My hope is to play all games on highest settings at 4k resolution with steady 60FPS+
My budget is 5-6k. What do you recommend?

you really should wait, if you want to play all the games in 4k @ 60fps or more. both nvidia as well as amd are doing to release much more capable gpus for that in a few months. they're not only much more powerful, but will also consume less electricity.
intel is releasing new processors soon as well.

i've seen triple A games go from anywhere between 20fps to 110fps, it highly depends on the game. since your budget is so high, i would really wait for the new hardware to come out, it'll only be like six months. you might regret it if you buy now. personally i went for 1440p @ 144hz instead of 4k, which...

Anything looking this wacky is not going to sound any better.
From personal experience I can recommend AKG K450. Though this pair is kinda bass oriented, they can be tuned to listen to basically anything with an acceptable quality.
If you want something cheaper, the Sony zx310 are an acceptable option but don't expect anything mind blowing.
If you have any special requirements let me know and I will try to help you find a good pair.

you can get a pair of AKG K240 Studio for around 70 bucks, great headphone for someone who is just getting into nicer headphones. They're comfortable for me up until around the 6 hour mark.
Sometimes, my internet gets very slow, and i reach 1000ms of latency,
whenever i activate the wifi option on my router, everything goes to shit, i've disconnected everyone, changed the password, and used a mac filter so no one can connect, and even when nobody's connected, the internet gets really shitty when i activate the wifi
permanently deactivating wifi is not an option, since i live with other people and they use it daily
i've called the ISP and they sent a guy to check it out, the "expert" said he has no idea what's happening...

That might be many things. Have you tried factory resetting it?
If you can, try to test the connection with a different router. If the problem persists call your isp and inform them of the faulty connection. If not, just throw the bad one away and get a new one.
Or, if possible, try using two routers: one as a modem wired router and one as a dedicated wifi one. I can help with the setup

It wipes all settings and adjustments you made, putting the router in a state like new from the factory.
You will need to configure everything again. By everything I mean EVERYTHING so if you are on DSL make sure you remember your login info and also any other essential things like forwarded ports etc.

There has been some time since i got this strange virus, looks like an adware but nothing that i scan my computer works, i tried malwarebyte, avast on my pc and avast and stopbadapp in my phone (android) and nothing works.
I formatted my pc some weeks ago and it stopped but now its coming back, i found a temporary solution since no popups appear if i use ublock in my browsers but even if i do sometimes a popup appears, i did search google but it just gives the same instructions i used before (run antivirus and hope for the best) so i dont really know what to do and any help...

You might try to add these to your hosts file and point them to 127.0.0.1, but that is only a workaround.
What do you mean by formatting the pc? Taking the drive, filling it with zeros and reinstalling the OS?
Also since the problem is affecting both your pc and phone I suspect there is a problem in the network, like maybe an infected pc connected which changes your traffic.

reinstalling the OS, total blank not even the drives survived, and there is another pc on the house and another phone (apple) and they are unaffected both, my guess is that somehow my phone infected my pc after the formatting.

I think you mean OSX. iOS is for iPhones, iPads, and Apple TVs.
If all you need is the files off it, just download an Ubuntu livecd: Ubuntu can read HFS+ (OSX) and write FAT32 and NTFS (Windows).

Anyway, just boot the pc form the usb with linux on it (any distro you want), plug in the hfs formatted drive and copy the stuff to other drive formatted for windows. Reboot back to windows and you are set.
