I once had to route a cable connection using my PC.
Since that, I connect to any wifi, but with no access to internet.
I used the following commands in the command prompt:
netsh wlan set hostednetwork mode=allow ssid=[name] key=[password]
netsh wlan start hosted network

Why are you inventing your own markup language?
No wonder it's difficult to parse: it makes no goddamn sense. You're marking up a tree, but your home-made language is powerful enough to markup a cyclic graph. When it comes to stuff you need to parse, "powerful" is not a good thing.
Just use JSON or XML like any normal person.
Hell, even your 'three view' would be easier to parse, as it can only represent trees.

But no, it's not my own markup language. I'm just using a php array stored in a model. I wrote it like that in OP to save space, as I went way over 2k characters.
And I think I might have come with the solution myself, right now. I still haven't implemented it, but what do you think of something like this?

Ah, wait, found a mistake.
The array is using unkeyed arrays with two values (title and array) for the subdivs, and the recursive function is looking for keys.
So the array would be something like this:

I'm not going into specifics, but basically I went on a website on my iPad. And it opened new tabs, stupidly I decided to click on them, in order to close them. A pop-up happened, and it said I'd been busted for CP, and that I was being watched, through cam, and that audio was being taken. And that I had to pay cops, them, to stop. I know it's fake, I heard about this scam, a few years back. Anyway i shat myself, managed to close the tab, turn off safaris access to Camera, can't do anything about the microphone though. And turned off the internet....

Safari doesn't have access to the microphone anyway.
It's not possible for a webpage to use the camera: all enabling the camera for Safari does is make "Take Photo or Video" work when you upload a file.
Safari can never take a picture unless you tap "Take Photo or Video", and you have to frame the picture yourself and press the shutter.
