I was about to pull the trigger on the ASUS PB278Q, but the salesman was saying that 1440 is not really a good resolution, since the majority of content will be released in 4k in the future, and that 1080 content wont scale well on 1440 (which I understand). He was saying if I want a monitor to last me for 5-6 years, go with 2160, or 1080 now and wait for 2160 (since 1080 is way cheaper). Basically, unless I am gaming or doing video/image editing, dont go with 1440, go either 1080 or 2160.
I am going to use it for everyday things, like coding, browsing,...

What is a good video player for anime with a lot of typesetting (like Commie subs)? I currently use MPC-HC, but it tends to freeze up during typeset heavy scenes.
The freezing is probably on your computers end and not MPC, but you can always try out CCCP and MPV and see if you get better performance.

I am trying to recall the name of a manga I read several months ago. Image unrelated.
It starts off with a boy who lived in a village and was preparing to be wed to a busty girl. Suddenly a group of vampires attack, kills off most of the villages, and carries off the girl.
His bro betrays him as he gives chase. He is then accompanied by a blonde girl. He sets out to kill the vampires that is in charge of each city, and humans are generally treated like cattle.

Through Windows command prompt, how would you delete a file that looks like this? "file_name (1).ext". Normally it's "del /f filepath\filename" but the space between the file name and the "(1)" is causing Windows to believe I'm trying to delete 2 files. Any attempts to rename the file result in the file explorer crashing. Attempts to unlock files with other programs have failed as well. It's not really doing anything (as far as I'm aware), but I'm a little paranoid, considering it's the *only* file that I can't...
