Ideally if you're on Windows (idk about other OSes), you should install an arabic keyboard. My laptop has arabic stickers on the keyboard so it's easy for me, you could either buy some or use transliteration/phonetic keyboards off the net instead of official ones from microsoft. win+space to switch. I have a phinetic Russian keyboard and it's way easier than having to learn the Russian layout or buying stickers.

I don't actually speak Afabic, just borrowed a book from the library and taught myself the alphabet during work commutes.
What Google gave you looks about right. The thing that looks like a g is their 'w'. The three spikes with the triangle of dots above it is the letter 'sh'; notice it shows up again at the end (on the left). The spike with the single dot is the letter 'n'.
So what Google gave you is more or less 'wshnsh' (read right to left.) vowels are not usually...

Why does Team Fortress 2 keep crashing?
I think my system should handle it.

At least give more information. When does it crash? Is it after a certain amount of time, certain places, or is it on starting the game?
At any rate, a normal procedure you should follow goes as follows:
- Verify game cache
Does it work?
- No: Reinstall

Same here, I keep crashing because it says that I ran out of memory, even tho I only use about 75% of my memory when playing tf2. Could it be a memory leak or something else?

So my pc has this issue where it randomly and abruptly turns off seconds after turned on. Rarely it will load Windows but moments later shut off. Can enter BIOS but it shuts down before i can make any changes. It seems it takes a little longer for it to turn off, if i havent tried turning it on for a while. Tried replacing RAM, GPU, PSU, checking if the CPU was overheating, etc.

Normally I would say overheating, but if you replaced all those things, then odds are you already tried dusting/checking the fans.
If you have more spare parts to work with, just keep replacing things until it works, then buy a new [whichever part was broken]. Given what you already have replaced, motherboard looks like the next suspect.

Have you tried unplugging the HD to see if maybe you've got some malware that causes such behavior? Otherwise, I'm stumped. I assumed PSU or overheating.

No, that seems to be different.
If it were that you'd see a grid when you open the image.
This image is more like the image in the OP.
With this image there are two colors (black and less black) one of them is set to be transparent but 4chan keeps the original color when it makes the thumbnail resulting in the thumbnail being all black.
When the image is opened the image is properly displayed and there is transparency.
