With a design this simple, you should be fine with putting it in some online "bitmap to vector" converter. With vector file, you can enlarge it all you want.

As for the original image, good luck. There are plenty of sites to search for that image, and I'd imagine that there aren't that many images of him. The anime was relatively small and the main character is a loli who'd get all the fanart focus.

That's what the perimeter is for regular poligons too anon.
In a square it's 4 times a side because it has 4 sides, so it's just side + side + side + side, which is the same as side * 4
