Is this objectively the best Snes game?
No. Fuck off.
It's not. But it's my fav
That's not Chrono trigger senpai.
Is it worth playing the prequels before playing Terranigma?

Lurk more and make sure there isn't a similar thread. In your case, there is literally the exact thread as this already.

>my favorite have is not the best game to me

ayy lmao

The whole "trilogy" thing is fanon and it's mostly deemed as such because of reoccurring themes. They take place in different universes in spite of a couple easter eggs.
They're basically related like different mainline FF games.

If it's so great, they why did I lose interest and stopped playing upon getting to what apparently is the game's implementation of Murrika?
>>2877441
>they
*then
Come on, /vr/. You're killing me here.
No. While Terranigma is good, the ludicrous difficulty spike at the Spanish Castle will forever prevent it from ever reaching 10/10.
I think some guy with a Terranigma fetish is shilling this game.
>>2877441
Because you suck.
>>2877474
The shill sure has some Terranigma carts for sale, perhaps even NTSC repros. Gotta shill to drive demand and prices up..
>>2875461
isn't that the game that never works on an emu?
>>2878407
kek, didn't think this thread would last this long. The other one isn't me.
It is the best Snes game, by the way

Doing my first playthrough right now. Just got to the castle with the purple acid outside in Spain. I'm bored with it, however, I'm too deep in to stop playing now.

So I guess since this thread is still up: am I the only one that liked Soul Blazer and Illusion of Gaia more than this one? Terranigma is a lot more ambitious, but I really got bored trying to play through it.
>>2878975
Can't be. It's working just fine on my phone.
