What Tvs do we all use?
>Pic Related: I ordered it as an early christmas present
>Sony Kx-14CP1
LaCie CRT. Very bright, pure colors and high refresh rate.
I love Bush
Tvs

32in sanyo, great TV for all over use.
Also have a decent Philips LCD monitor that was part of a portable DVD that has excellent color and response time despite not having the most clear picture
>>2798079
Nice, im going to kick off with Metal Gear when my Sony KX-14CP1 arrives.
>>2797334
Did you even look?
>>2798053
Some cheap no name brand I bought at goodwill for like $5.

BUSH BUSH IN THE BUSH
My CRT died recently. Now I need to find a new one. I have a feeling it's going to be a long time before I can find a good one.
>>2798215
>using CRTs
>CRTs
>Use aging and dilapidated Cathode Ray Tubes
>Eventually, since no one makes CRTs anymore, the existing ones will become too faded and too worn to look good
>Continuing to use a CRT instead of using RGB scart or a newer system that is backwards compatible
>CRT will not be viable in the next 20-30 years
thats basically all that is left of my retro vidya collection.
I dont even have consoles anymore and I sure dont watch tv on that thing so I need to throw it away soon. ;___;
>>2798053
still love this pic.
>>2798243
looks heavy
>>2798231
Retro games look better on it than my HDTV and I'd rather buy a ~$20 CRT than a $300 upscaler.
>>2797334
Thread already here. Please try harder next time, OP.
>>2798467
thats a fake thread nice try asshole
>>2798492
This thread doesn't even have the proper info in the OP and you're trying to tell me that >>2797334 is the fake?
>>2798053
Don't fall for this thread
>>2798512
this is the real thread
PVMs or other CRT TVs with RGB (scart) inputs...
just picked this up
anyone have one?
make and model?
>starting a thread war
>>2798937
Ahh, the 70s.
I gave that exact model to my youngest grandchild for his 65th birthday brand new, but his eyes started going bad so I returned it to Gemco
>>2798512
enjoy your fake thread
got a trinitron exactly like pic
>this thread posted 6 hours after the real one
>apparently this one's the real one
>>2797334 real thread here <--
>>2799012
very nice i have one like that too
>>2799057
samefaggin it up to bump the fake thread. Nice.
>>2799012
nice. i got a slightly different model. works like a charm.
>>2797334 real thread
i have been using this for about 3 years now and it's quite comfy. $5 at a garage sale.
>>2799075
very nice i have one like that too
>>2798079
Great set
this is amusing, although not the 'officially well known' crt thread, i'm unaware of any rules being broken if there are 2
>>2799239
Come on, this one is three bobbysoxers circle-jerking. At best it's CRT-lite :)
I use a RGB monitor
Olympus OEV203 (same thing as a pvm)
Picked a couple of em up for 50bucks last year.
>>2799239
what
>>2800765
like you know, whatever
>this thread
why
>>2798243
I had one just like this, maybe 24" or 27". I'd kill myself moving it. I have this one that I use now. How do you guys feel about the flat screen style? Better, worse, the same?
>>2798231
>ignorance
>>2804171
often worse geometry, otherwise they're nice.
feels a bit more modern.
>>2804182
I think the oldest systems I've hooked up to it is snes and genesis so I haven't noticed consistency issues. Fingers crossed that I won't now
>>2804179
>is bliss
If you let the babies know about the magic of CRTs people might stop throwing them away. STFU
>be cable tech
>literally see sony trinitrons in every fucking home
>Mexicans actually get them for free but still replace them with broken lcds that they pay for
>never been able to get them and they cost way too fucking much on craigslist
>>2804661
>not being mexican
>>2798234
>Continuing to use a CRT instead of using RGB scart
Impying CRTs don't have SCART...
>>2799075
Damn this is exactly what I want for my setup
>>2805084
>Implying that child has even seen a CRT
