One thing I notice about the "Big Cites" in Gen 6 is that they have no skyscrapers.
Mauville and Lumiose had shorter buildings. The closest we got to that was Rustboro and the camera did alter for those, and those buildings weren't even that tall. I wanna see a place like this in 3D.

Tower is a granted, sating they're the same in Emerald is fucking retarded. The factory as well, it's a great addition to any game and complaining about it is fucking moronic.
The battle hall with 1v1 where you chose typings were quite interesting as you could really choose to fuck yourself over early or late. The roulette could have been better, but it's not like it's worse than the pyramid or the pike. The only one I don't care about is the castle really, but saying the castle is a useless gimmick certainly doesn't put a flattering light on gen III facilities.
Granted, having a facility or two more would be nice, but you would rather have a tower mode than a tower mode plus extras? What kind of a shitter are you? The factory alone is just as good as in gen III, what's wrong with reusing that concept (hint, nothing at all)?

I'm not saying it was bad I'm saying that they shouldn't have put in less than quarter of the original content of the BF and say it was the same as the Emerald one. It doesn't excuse the fact that they advertised the frontier in Platinum and we didn't get it. Unlike ORAS where they didn't say a thing about it because it wasn't in the game.

Not only were both essentially the roulette game but they both had different aspects outside of battling in the Pyramid it was easy to fuck yourself over if you didn't plan ahead or use the limited items wisely, in the Pike not listening to the maids could ruin your run early.

You just won battles until you had enough castle points to heal or buy items.
Meanwhile the Arena changed the way battling worked as a knockout wasn't the only way to win and it certainly wasn't the easiest.
The Palace could have been improved vastly in that gen too seeing as breeding mechanics regarding natures and IVs changed that gen.

Anyway your copy and paste has nothing to do with this particular conversation because we aren't talking about ORAS in particular but the Platinum frontier when the only thing we had to go on regarding a frontier was the superior emerald one.
Also considering the year of dev time and re-implementing old content that hasn't been around for about 7 years or so? it's surprising we got as much as we did to begin with.
Oh and if we did get the Frontier it would have been the Platinum one and the shitstorm from that would have been bigger than it's reveal in Platinum.
