This is a really stupid comment, Stealth Rock only effects Pokemon sent out after it's use, if you use Charizard first, then it won't effect it, if you dumb enough to send Charizard out after you opponent used Stealth Rock then you should quit playing the game as it's obvious you can't make smart decisions, and seriously, every Rock attack is times friggen four.
I get rid of Stealth Rock because I think it's as useless as toxic spikes, small amount of damage done unless the Pokémon is weak to Rock seems like using a move for nothing.

Always been my least favourite gen 1 starter
Charizard Y done right is stupid good. The ability Drought makes Solar Beam a perfect choice to face water, rock, and ground types. The great thing is pokemon that set up weather as soon as they enter lose the ability as soon as you mega evolve. Use it first, go mega, and sweep. A single Rockslide will OHKO from a lot pokemon, but many more will fall. A Timid nature with training to speed will ensure many knockouts. So, to the autists that think Charizard isn't viable, get educated faggots.
