I actually like the current group dynamic best out of all the groups from previous regions. The XY group is really comfy, and everyone (except maybe Ash-Bonnie and Serena-Clemont being nothing really special) interacts with each other very well. Brock would probably be better than Clemont, but getting rid of Clemont would make Bonnie a little less enjoyable. So if I had to say, I'd hope Ash, Serena, Bonnie, and Clemont move on to the next region together.
