You've seen the note in pic related at the start of each episode, right?
>To participate in the Data Broadcast boardgame, player must press the d-button on their remote control while the episode is airing. The first time they play, they must register an account by entering their name and choose their starter Pokémon. Players can choose between Keromatsu, Fokko, Harimaron and Pikachu. Then, by starting the system as the episode is running, players start filling a gauge. Instead of going to the battle once you've filled it like in the previous Data Broadcasts, players get to throw a die instead. The player's Pokémon will then move that number of spaces ahead. If the Pokémon makes it way to space 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 or 18, you will obtain a Battle Voucher.
