Tyrantrum's color scheme is 100% coherent, it's threatening as fuck, the "spikes" are a crown and the collar is a royal mantle because it's a fucking king. The gold spots break up the otherwise monotone color scheme, give it texture and highlights. You don't know fucking dick about character design.
