Oh goodie, another mon with 6 moves, only 4 of which are good. You'll want Sunny Day because of Chlorophyll, and the ideal moveset is Mega Drain/Leaf Blade/Leaf Storm/Sunny Day. With these moves, Bellossom becomes very powerful in the sun, using Leaf Storm in the sun is sure to kill anything. Only has grass moves without TM's, but in the sun that doesn't matter. A very good choice if you can handle resetting.

Hone Claws? No rerolling for moves? Very good starting moves and ability, but you have nothing to attack Ghosts with until level 8 when it gets Wing Attack. Unburden means you can't use hold items, but that frees up the ability to use every emera on yourself for a stat boost. Hone Claws activates twice per use, a huge plus. Easy to run with, easy to use apart from ghosts, you can make things happen with this pokemon. I could have gone much further if it wasn't for that and the Anger Point Primeape a floor prior eating up my only reviver seed.

If you got time, try Medicham. It looks like it levels up pretty fast compared to other mons and has access to Confusion + Zen Headbutt + three elemental punches. Of course, that's not as shiny as Chlorophyll Bello, but eh.

8 rerollable moves, have fun! The Fighting type member of Team Charm isn't too special. Good starting moves should you care to reset, but Pure Power only activates sometimes. Low stats, needing to reroll, and a mediocre ability that rarely kicks in makes this a bad choice.

Now when you finish a mission you befriend whoever gave it to you, and you can take them on missions. You can recruit one of every Pokemon, including one of every stage of a family, with multiples of certain Pokemon to cover gender differences or form changes (like all the Unown)
Upsides are recruiting is much more satisfying and there's way more potential to get actually useful recruits rather than a million Zigzagoons. Downsides are only one of each Pokemon and no random missions, meaning only a finite number of jobs

If by legit any you mean legendary, you can. You get missions from them to either visit them by beating a hard dungeon or battle them, and when you do you recruit them. It's nice because you only have to meet or beat them once and you're guaranteed to recruit them, rather than having to fight them twenty times with every recruitment bonus possible in the earlier games

Amp is one of my favorite pokemon, by far. Even before the game came out.
It gets Discharge which just destroys monster houses, it gets Focus Blast which is great once leveled up, and it can mega evolve.

Fairly easy to do, even if you're the most casual of casuals, in Gen XI games (in fact, that's sometimes cited as a legitimate complaint for some people). Breeding is exceedingly easy thanks to easy access to wild perfect IV mons, and unbreedables (like Riolu and legendaries) being guaranteed to have 3 perfect IVs. Training is also fast and efficient thanks to hordes or Super Training.

Magikarp only has one possible moveset (including splash, which allows you to jump over and past someone), but has a surprisingly high attack, combined with hard hitting moves of bounce and flail.
Magikarp with a toughness emera can oneshot almost any random pokemon encountered with flail.

That's what I've had to do a few times in the game. Sometimes you just get bad luck. Sometimes you get lucky and get a few floors where your first room has the stairs. Sometimes you find some great emeras that help you survive like distance dodge.
I think what helped me was that I had a bunch of wands (including guiding wands) that let me avoid fighting. I'm not sure on the exact range of wands, but they will hit enemies from far away.
If you think you can't make it without more reviver seeds then you can try going to pelipper island and going to a dungeon that has them on the ground.

I'm not a mystery dungeon expert, but I'm not sure if missing out on psybeam is that huge of a loss. You already have heat wave and flame thrower for long range, and I was under the impression that double kick and dual chop (move tutor move for Blaziken) were pretty good moves since they hit twice.
It's your game and your time though, so if you're really unhappy then you can restart. I wouldn't, but that's because I'm more interested in using other Pokemon over my partner.

Anyways, level doesn't exactly dictate whether you'd do good in PMSD, so you're better off roiding yourself with Calciums are Carbos to patch up your Special Attack and Speed.
Also, if you find yourself in a bind, bring Hoopa's lamp with you so he can help you out. Teach him Psybeam and replace Ally Switch at Hawlucha's, though, and try not to let Hoopa take too many hits.

I just took what the game gave me to attempt to get through. I made mad dashes for the stairs and grabbed what I could, and if attacked, ran away into the nearest river to wait if I couldn't take it down.

I died to an Amoongus on floor 25. I didn't think it'd be able to take an entire Thrash at the amount of health it had left.
Discharge/Zap Cannon/Thrash/Coil worked very well, but mainly because I found emera such as Status Mirror and Confusion Guard. Discharge and Zap Cannon are pretty much necessary, but you can be flexible with the other 2 moves because there are 10 it can start with.
Probably not the best, but still very good
