The Celebi Movie Guy is the guy who originally proposed to put Celebi in the movie instead of the planned GS Ball reveal arc. As a result, the GS Ball was left with Kurt and never mentioned again because 'kids will forget about it'.
The audio commentary on the Entei DVD stated that the Japanese producers had told the dub staff that we would be learning about Ash's father in the upcoming Season 4 (Johto League Champions, where the Celebi Arc would have been if they had done it), yet we never did. The tease will probably be like the usual "upcoming episodes" trailers we get every couple of months.
We'll probably get glimpses of Wyvern, possible recurring characters like Shauna and Shota, More TF stuff, Wulfric, League/TriPokalon.
