Look in the supreme pastebin or try googling I forget if it's in there, there's a secure value editor that can fix it if your save isn't actually corrupt and just messed up by homebrew. You dump your save, start over, and dump a new save, then copy the secure value form the new save to the old one then reinject the old one with the new value so that it passes the edit check. You're looking for the program that will rewrite that for you.

As for Thundurus, I managed to get it down 5/6 itemless. Got Garchomp megad with 1 turn left and had a match, but it got 0 combos which sucked. DD wouldn't really be helpful since the disruptions aren't an issue, probably just Mega Start will be good to beat it each day, of coursing bringing more items in the last two days if you still don't have it.

its actually not that hard if you get the beginning right.
For your all items run do this:
switch bottom with top on the very left and right side. This will result in a board clear and 4 rows of metal blocks will fall down. Make 5 moves and they'll disappear leaving you with a nice disruption free board.

Could've saved 2400 on those failed attempts and probably could have done up through 198 with just T+10 but it wasn't super consistent, 199 and 200 weren't that hard since I S ranked with those items. Probably could have dropped the T+10 there but whatever, now I have time to grind back up.
This looks like the third most expensive escalation then, Cresselia 161-199 was the ultimate paywall and Darkrai took more if you bought M+5 every level rather than relying on luck of skyfall.I 100%d battle trozei so this escalation has been one of the best parts of shuffle for me. same here. This escalation was great. It got slowly harder but was still doable even on higher levels. And those that need items hadnt milked you too much. Nontheless it was rather expensive, but still behind Cress. Altough I'd say that Darkrai was still cheaper

I got up to level 199 of Latios yesterday and decided to grind some coins. Didn't like being below 70,000 from using those Attack Power Ups and greatballing Virizion and Cobalion. Now I'm almost up to 80,000 and plan on finishing Latios not long before the event ends.
I haven't played M-Steelix once. Looks like a Blaziken team is out for that stage?
Thundurus' stage sucks but I'm not going to worry about it until his catch rate is higher and I can just rek him with Garchomp and items.
Luckily I pokeballed Machamp on the first try itemless, so there's that.

Got Thundurus today, scored well on Steelix withCharizard, got Machamp ages ago, got Mega Latios and abandoned him at 50 because fuck that shit.
I'm probably going to take a brief break from the game now since I'm getting sort of bored grinding Ampharos. I've got around 90k coins, all non-event Pokemon (except some trash in Roseus), and most S-ranks (except some trash in Roseus.) I'll get the rest of them once the game gives me a reason to use my remaining Delibird shit.

Well, my battery has gone bad, so I can only play shuffle when my 3ds is plugged in. (I got a new battery in the mail today, but one of the screws on the battery door is stripped, so I can't get the old one out.) Between that and busy end of the year college shit, I'm not nearly where I'd like to be on the Latios event, but I think I might get to at least 175 by the end.
I caught Machamp easily, but despite having a fully-leveled team (Unless I'm using M-Charizard or M-Blaziken), I haven't come close to beating Thundurus. Probably gonna have to do an all-items run on that one if I don't get him by the last day.

Latios level 50 requires MAYBE +10 and AP, which costs 3800. That can be grinded back in like 5 hours. You definitely have time for both, especially with weekend Meowth coming up.

What do you mean do the 50 levels all over again? You never have to do levels over again in escalations, is this your first one? Once it levels up, that's permanent. They never go down or reset (excluding if the event ends and is rerun at a later date, but then you can get the rewards again).

Mobile newfag here, got lucky and caught Latias and want to get the Mega Stone, but I have a question before I commit to it. Do Escalations get harder to kill (ie more health, less damage, etc.) the higher the level, or does it stay the same difficulty? I only ask because I seem to be doing better than when I started.

In the OP click the health pic next to Latias. That graph shows how much HP it has at each level because yes it does increase. Every time it switches colors the stage "changes" and you can look in the pastebin labeled 1.2.4 to see exactly what the disruptions are at each level.

The HP does increase, but you're probably doing better because your Pokemon are higher level than when you started. Also once you catch Latias and add it to your team, you have replaced a low power mon with an Uber.

Use Shufflemove if you're really desperate. Slowbro is fine, the rest aren't optimal but they'll get the job done. If they're low-leveled, take them through Buneary (or Ampharos if you have access to him but you probably don't) until they're level 5.
Whatever you do, don't miss the Lucarionite. It's one of the most important Megas in the game.
