5/6 IVs, the non-perfect IV(aka 31) depends on your nature. for example a penta perfect for modest nature would be non-31 on ATK. same goes for timid. For jolly it would be non-31 on sp.atk same for adamant. for brave the imperfect IV must be speed.

It's a pretty detailed request. Specially since you say it doesn't quite fit with your existing team. If it were myself, I would examine all potential move sets and pick the one I felt was best for Florges then build a team from there. I would also attempt to work as many other shinies into the team as well but that's just me. I get waaaaay too autistic even from there with the different requirements a team has but I do recommend beginning with your "Featured" pokemon and work from there.
