So I've been messing around with spoofing location, it seems that as long as you dont move great distances it doesnt seem to detect you, moving 1 or 2 small blocks at a time seems fine
Also if you get caught spoofing you get "softbanned", you cannot collect shit from pokestops and you cant catch anything, since everything runs away, lasts around 4-6 hours

CP is tied to character level. each level up, the CP level you can find on wild pokemon increases, and the CP cap on your owned pokemon rises.
