ITT: We ponder possible stats for this grass owl, moves that would help it not be bullied endlessly in OU, and also ponder HAs that would work as well.
To help out whilst we ponder the obvious here, based on info from all 6 gens before this, grass starters end up starting with a BST of approx 308-318 total, their first evolved form going with a BST of either 405 or 413, and their final evo's BST is usually around 525-530 total. So use that as you like to have a good idea of how to best give Rowlet here fitting stats as this thread goes on.

Well when he hits stage 2 he should be a lot more special attack focused. Notice the owls lower center of gravity. Clearly a design choice to show defense is the strong suit in stage 2
