If you want to play pokemon without corruption from hacks, then go into your 3DS settings and disable the wifi so you never interact with any trainer online.
If you need a event distribution Pokemon, they can not be traded over GTS. They must be direct traded. Either add each other's friend codes or put a poochyena/scatterbug on GTS for a level 100 ditto and then trade through the acquaintances.
