Alright I am Rank 2 now and will need 1/3 of a level for rank 1 ( 5 games propably)
So the 1. worst player went all the way down on rank 1 and once he reached the end where you would level down it just starts up at the very right again and goes down again. so you are not going to be rank 0, but start leveleing down at rank 1 again. pic related.
When people see rank 1 and 2 in a group they actually mention is oftentimes now.
The strategy to group up and take turns leaving turned out to be rather effective. The one who would get a 30 min suspension usally goes last.
Since ranking down takes actual work with no reward to speak off I would recommend you stop at rank 15 and grab some easy competitive points from successive wins afterwards. On ranks below 5 you lose like 5% of the level per game.

I'm Quickplay, if I win too much, I get paired with for >20s, but if I drop below 50% I'll suddenly play one game against a full stack of literal chimpanzees.
I think, in Competitive, you get paired with people that are consistently at your level, and if you lose 50% of those matches, you can still come out with a high rank, if you're good enough.

No, only go up when you know the enemy won't immediately focus you. This is in the middle of a firefight when everyone is distracted with shooting people or before a fight where you can start the fight in the air without anyone seeing you.

An enemy player should contest the point during OT, just like in regular time. If the enemy team assumes advantage in the point, the timer is reset and counts down. Each time the timer is reset the max duration of OT is decreased.

I remember from my tf2 days that there was this payload map/game type.
a payload was neutral and in the middle. objective was to push it to the end point. though the direction the payload went in was dependent on who had the most players near it.

Expect more traffic for your game, Valve just completely crippled TF2 with the recent update. There is virtually ZERO way to just play a quick game now (I'm talking 20+ minute wait times), and even if you do get into a game you can get banned from playing if you abandon the game. In "casual" mode.
