It's the most "Meh" sugo in a while. Each Doffy batch has its group of hits and misses, but this one introduces a legend you really don't want to have unless you LOVE to play slowly.

It was. It still is, that doesn't really change anything. The difference is Diamante books are going to take much longer to come, since Japan hasn't even gotten them, but Marco is kind of non-comparable because he'd be worth stalling for back in the day.
WB2 was probably the best overall batch outta the WB groups and it was pretty alright at best.

I'm honestly fucking baffled how the Global team can fuck up so much. They're nothing more than an overvalued translation team. All they're in charge of is translating japanese text and deciding when to release events.
In the other hand, Japan is the one who actually has to take care of everything. Balancing of the game, thinking of all the new content like raids, fortnights and events, constantly keeping the game fresh with updates like socketing or Colosseum, new forests and the boats that come with them, Sugofest Batches, ALL unit artwork and stats. And yet, Global still manages to fuck up completely, even a group of monkeys could do a better job than them.
I'm on the verge of switching over out of principle more than anything because I'm both tired of being fucked over by Global and refuse to keep playing this half-assed translation. Someone please tell me I'm wrong and bring me back to my senses.

If you only farmed a few units and they dropped pretty quick I would also chalk it up to luck, but if you farm all of them it becomes a pretty consistent pattern. I used to do 1/2 stamina in the early days when there was 1 stam/10min and the drop rate was pretty shit. Laboon, Vivi, Alvida, I still have nightmares of the grind. Croc was the last story unit I ever did 1/2 stam and 2xdrop on, then just stopped doing 1/2 stam,
If you don't get a unit by a hundred 2xdrop runs, that's pretty bad luck on the other hand, shit happens. Generally they drop by 50-70 runs at the latest.
It's good to take advantage of the 2xdrop events when a new island comes out and the occasional '2xdrop across the sea' event.
One good thing global has over JP is 24hr bonus time so you can get more runs in and get story units faster.

The github on the OP has a list of all characters, with everything they do. If you're starting I reccomend to wait for a Sugofest so you can reroll and get a good unit as Japanese content is WAY harder and if you really want to catch up faster you will surely need one.

Rerolling is easy, but it was a lot less tedious a couple weeks ago when you could roll 6 pulls at a time, it should be 2-3 right now. I have a few legend accounts leftover from when I rerolled if you or anyone else wants them, but I am serious about reading the FAQ.

Sengoku will be the best legend for pretty much any new player. The only one better would be Log Luffy, but he requires a touch of practice. Segoku is one of the best legends currently as both a lead and a sub.

I have a conundrum. I've got about ~36 gems right now that I plan on putting towards boss copies. I will most likely be getting enough copies to max enel tomorrow but I'm not sure which boss to put the remaining gems towards.
Buster call - momonga would be nice, I've got sengoku and he's the best f2p slasher. Dalmation and onigumo also both have uses.
Aokiji - We'll see him eventually but current calender doesn't have him for awhile (that said double raids soon)
Blackbeard - already maxed doffy, but he makes duval fast and everyone throws up bb for him.

Because krieg is an early fortnight it's shit. It's shit for two reasons:
1) the fortnight was early and few units were available, hence the fortnight drops almost no skillbooks and the ones it does are for basically shit units.
2) the fortnight was early and few trash mobs were available to be put into the early stages, hence the fortnight gives little xp as the mobs are worth very little. The flipside is that it is generally easier than some of the later fortnights. Some fortnights have been rebalanced since they first came out though to improve drop rates/xp (kuro/alvida off the top of my head)

Can you afford that much cost on so early an account? low level accounts are heavily restricted in crew cost.
MCHopper goes attack-seal-nothing until below 20% where he spams attacks for 10k. He's got 990k on 30 stam so you would need 4 turns with that team with normal orbs. 40 stam doubles his health.
I'm going to assume your wb isn't max special, so take 30% off his health.
Probably doable if you can stall it out properly.

Well your account is pretty darn low level so the levels should come pretty fast. WB is a harder captain to use and you won't be running story or fortnights with him really, frankly you probably won't even do most raid bosses with him once you get better teams, but he is still incredibly strong. He's a pain to run, but he CAN run.

Whitebeard's special and captain ability DO NOT change when you evolve him.
HOWEVER, his cost and stats will increase. Base form is only 30 cost though for legends so you'll need 25 less crew cost.

Your damage on MC Hopper is most likely coming from your quick units so changing whitebeards stats will most likely change very little. I would imagine it's usopp/wb/wb/hina/gan/dj sanji or something.
