Not the same. Both Mihawk and Shanks are swordsman which actually require fucking skill and years of training to use. Zoro didn't lose to Mihawk because he got slices harder, but because he got outskilled. Zephyr has technology to aid him.
Garp in the other hand isn't skillfull with any weapons at all, and he doesn't use martial arts.

HOW TO DO ENEL:
Double Ashura Zoro
-Have dex units that can give you dex orbs.
Examples: Flintlock, Law, Apoo,Sanji Dream, Fucking Zeff. (Preferably two units that work together well, like Kalifa fortnight + Flintlock or Law + Apoo)
-GOLDEN POUND USOPP
-max special Doffy?(60 Stam only, I've done 30&40 w/o him)
Stall out each turn as long as possible.
Hopefully specials are ready for boss round.
Kick his teeth in till 50%
USE GPU
USE ORB CHANGERS
*OPTIONAL: USE DOFFY FOR OVERKILL
PUNCH HIS TEETH INWARD.
Get drop.
There is NO WAY you can fail with double ashura + orb changers + GPU + *optional doffy
Optional units: Any DEX with high HP/not shit ATK. (Ideally, you should have one open spot if you don't use Doffy)

Regarding Buster Call, I ended up getting every character but Dalmatian on 30stam. Didn't expect the droprates to be this good.
Handy tip if you want to run Mihawk+Doffy team
Since 95% of the friend list is currently filled with Doffy, it can be hard to find high-level Mihawk friends after a few runs
However, if you make a blank team with a Mihawk lead, you can see every "Same captain" slot Mihawk on your friend list too. After selecting one, you can swap back to your Doffy lead team at the last screen before you start the raid

Let's discuss Ryuma vs Tbone as psy slashers. I feel like a max 12 attack difference int significant, and Ryumas special is better because it doesn't put at such low health for something not worth it. Investing in Tbone isn't worth it because we have Buster Call around the corner with Momonga who is better as a psy slasher than the 2 anyway.

I stopped doing turtles long before we got RBG times and I still don't run them since fortnights provide enough
I just got my emulator set up to reroll, but I'm worried that if I got it ready now (I minimized the app while it's still loading during the tap mash after completing the reroll steps) that it'll somehow now be rolling with sugo bonuses in a few hours once it's available.

I got complete shit during the Mingo sugo with about 40 gems. I saved 360 gems on dokkan and didn't pull Gogeta or anyone close to that good.

The point is, once you're that PL at latest, you should be getting serious about maxxing specials, meaning fortnights should almost always have something to offer you. And with farming fortnights, you'll get nonstop pigs. So turtle time is not only unnecessary due to all the pigs, but it's flat out a waste of stamina when you have better shit to spend it on.
Don't listen to any of the idiots saying turtle time is a waste, by their logic farming seahorses on Tuesday is a waste
Even if you nonstop farm fortnights youre either going to end up with too many pigs and not enough turtles or vice versa
By taking just 15 minutes worth of stamina youre guaranteed get enough baby turtles to evolve a modest amount of pigs, plus some adult turtles on the side
Not to mention the current running fortnight(s) might not have the color(s) you need at the moment

The only way that could be compared is if you're going for sea stallions, since you get endless ones from farming raids. Other than that, you don't get any baby seahorses from fortnights so that's still necessary to farm, especially during 2x drop.
