One issue i have is if you can't see the ult status of your dead teammates, the tick under their name doesn't show if they're dead. Sure a person's level is a DIRECT indicator of their skill, but it's a direct indicator of the amount of time they've spent at the game, and more time spent = higher likelihood of being a better player.
When you routinely get matches where the average level of one team is +40 levels higher than the other it's BROKEN MATCHMAKING. That team, at least on a surface level, has a better chance of winning over people with less experience than them.
