The issue I've had is that they can return fire while you can't do shit because there's 2 Zaryas/a Rein so who the fuck are you supposed to shoot at? More than half the team is being shielded constantly, and nothing in the game bypasses it. Even Reinhardt's shield doesn't block everything. The only nerf I would apply is making Winston's gun do damage but still give charge and maybe melee works the same way too. This means if Winston fails to kill her or push her back the Zarya player stills gets charge for their troubles. Ideally there would be a bit of soft countering between the tanks with Winston being a pain in Zarya's ass, and a buffed D.va being a pain in Winston's ass due to her armor. It would make the meta lass centralized too.

Hanzo isn't a bad pick on Anubis Attack as long as he joins up with the team on the point. The big problem with Hanzo players are people play him like a sniper when he's a cuntsman. He should be in Medium range at all times.

Payload maps (Route 66, Gibraltar, Dorado) and Hybrid maps (Numbani, Hollywood, King's Row) are paying out normal exp, and a single win/loss could result in a rankup/rankdown, but I've actually seen a few exceptions to this (even if the player in question did very well). I feel like the entire system is glitched in some way and I hope Blizzard fixes this shit by the end of the season
