I think that RD CMO and CE are a lot different than Captain HOS and HOP in terms of being human or not, Even HOP is iffy.
The captain should always be human and the HOS should really be most of the time, But the other heads its not as big of a deal if they arent human, Except for HOP it may even make them better at their jobs.

I am a realist most of the time. If it isn't going to annihilate my principles I will always take the pragmatic approach rather than slip a gear and churn on something.
Non human heads of staff are dumb. I don't like it and I've wanted human only heads for almost as long as I've played. I also voted no to it. We do not have enough players picking head roles as is and would do more damage by enforcing a roleplay rule (one I like) than allowing players freedom of choice.
If it does win, I feel like on top of game modes, we need to put some priority on Heads content. If players have one new reason not to play a head position we must balance it by giving them one new reason to play it.

I did not especially like anarchy day. It pissed off a few admins and I spent too much of my day stopping admins from joining in on the grief. I am not particularly interested in shooting myself in the foot so you would have to show me there is a ton of interest in it being a repeating event for me to involve myself.
I think it was fun the first time and as a rare occurence it is ok. I do not think a monthly thing is ok at all. It will lose any feeling of specialness and attract people who shit up the server to stay and shit up the server all the time.
It distinctly reminds me of a discussion in 2014 about how Pomf should pay out of pocket for a second server that banned players could play on.

One round I managed to get into the changeling that killed my host and the person that had hatched me and let me lay more eggs, I ahelped if it was okay for a borer to try and revenge and a certain admin gave me the ok.
The ling just kept regenerating from overdose but I called out his ID via borer speak, at the end of the round there was a lot of drama and ultimately they've decided that as a borer you can't act against your host, ever.

The Necromorphs
As I sit and ponder in my chair the station abounds, the radio crackles in my ear with the very notion of such a creature. Necromorphs, they call them, and they know not whence they came but what havoc hath been wrought?
Curiousity shoots through my mind like a zap from an airlock wired to the grid, my intellectual hands unprotected for the probing into the dark. I am ready to venture out.
Part 2
About half an hour has passed and our situation has only worsened. The security level quickly elevated to blue after we lost our link with Centcomm, and the brig itself was molested by the presence of a necromorph.
For my part, I cunningly hid, watching its every move, then it passed on. Later more, or perhaps the same creature, was reported in the Chapel, and the Bar. Holy ground, some might say one or the other, seems to have no effects upon these beasts.
Weapons distribution was announced, and a payroll pushed perhaps to lighten the mood, but the situation was dark. Literally, many lights have been destroyed.
A new officer was shipped over and quickly confused a Necromorph for our common enemies, creators of plasma and erstwhile pets, Xenomorphs, both highly lethal but the former a newer, more mysterious adversary than the latter, whose habits were well known to myself and the crew.
As I sit and write a pair of the necromorphs has forced me to abandon my original page and start anew.
After this I returned to my office to find a dead Necromorph, and a most marvelous little MoMMI repairing my windows with plasma glass, a most resilient substance. Then, as the link to CentComm was re-established an Emergency Response team was dispatched. I fear the worst, for they're not known colloquially as the ''Deathsquad'' for no valid reason. Merciless, they often mow down the crew with extremely powerful weaponry and impenetrable armour.
Not a fate I relish. Promisingly, however, payroll was delivered.
