Honestly I try to talk as little as possible in games anyway, there's no real need, but sometimes you need to tell people important things and League's ping system is garbage and I just hate typing in-game, it's very cumbersome. It'd be easier for me to just say "Hey I can do this" or "Hey I'm about to ult" on the fly rather than typing it. When I played DotA I used voice chat pretty liberally and to great results, and I had positive experiences for the most part as well. It's not like I'm interested in small talk.

Anyone with decent enough burst or sustain. Teemo exists in lane until level four or five. He's pretty useless unless you end up dying to him repeatedly. The biggest thing is to not be afraid of him. He's extremely squishy and doesn't deal a massive amount of upfront damage.
