Her turrtes are the part of her kit most characteristic of a Defense, but that doesn't mean she should be categorized that way. Lucio has a knockback. Zenyatta has deceptively high damage. That doesn't mean that they are not Supports.

Some of those are situational. You still need to soften up Bastion, and often expose yourself to his weapon, to finish him with a 120 dmg rocket. Reaper can shit on you and your heals if he gets in point-blank range. It's how he should ambush you anyway.
