If you're in a 1v1 situation, just leave when she ice blocks. Unless you are camping a big health pack, she will likely win just because she gets all that health in the middle of the fight. If you have another person, just get behind the ice block where she is going to want to retreat. Leaving is usually the best thing anyway. Go help in the main fight, she will be playing cautiously while her block is recharging, so you can do more good elsewhere.

I just rolled over 70 and I've been seeing 200+ players regularly.
I think 50 or so is the point at which the average player has figured out the game, and from there on out the typical skill level is pretty consistent, except among people who make a real effort to improve. (Which is only like 10% of the playerbase at most.) Your average level 50 will shit all over your average level 20, but the average 150 or even 250 may well not be any better than the 50, they just find their "groove" and keep playing the same way forever.
I have a friend who's like level 220 and he's not good at the game at all.

You can push through with a Rein but Soldier can pick off the Rein in a couple seconds when they try to push around the bend by the left bridge.
You pretty much need to devote half your team to distracting and picking him off from a couple different angles.

Hey guys, I've been playing with 'Enhanced pointer precision' for the entire time I've had my pc, never bothered to switch it off. I've played all my games with it, from shooters, to moba's and all such. I'm pretty good a shooters in general, and when I started playing overwatch I still had it on. I played brilliantly with Tracer, Widowmaker, Pharah all hero's I love a great deal. But I finally made switch the option off in hopes of making myself more consistent, How long will it take to get acclimated to since I can definitely feel the difference when playing those three, I need to move the mouse more to keep tracking.
