Here's your answer, servers were shelved on 12/28/15 due to how dead the servers were at any given time. It's a real fucking shame too, it could've been something great, but like everything else Microsoft, it had to be poorly managed.

I really appreciate 343i doing this, but am suspicious that they didn't even think about it and the kills are only counted because the feed shows the same thing for a vehicle and a turret kill. I'll take what I can get.
Also turrets in general are fucking great when you're defending a base because you can see around corners and over cover without actually exposing yourself.

There actually is a way to publicly grab files from non-friends who are known for having customs but it's a bit tedious. I'll throw some on my file share later today.

Does ADSing in H5 have any tangible effect on weapon mechanics (spread, specifically)? I initially went full on COD mode, attempting to ADS every time got in a gunfight, but it tended to end badly, as I'd get hit, knocked out of ADS, then suffer for the shifting sensitivity.
I started just "hip firing" for anything below Longshot range and suddenly started getting like twice the kills, with no depletion in accuracy.
I know Halo is a run and gun game, and my big "revelation" was playing how it's supposed to be played; I was just curious if ADSing had any effect on accuracyx or if it is just a focusing tool for ranged shots.

True, they could have benefited from 5's dynamic resolution to prevent frame drops. Even with that compromise, they'd still have nicer lighting, reflections, more detailed texture work, and less severe LOD scaling than 5.
