Based off of what I read in clan chat logs a lot of /osg/ posters aren't the type of people I'd want to associate with anyways, but I've learned in the past that a lot of people (usually name/tripfags) that get a negative association in threads are usually the better people and that the Anonymous posters are the more undesirable ones. Lost city is dumb easy, monkey madness actually requires some planning.

Completing rfd is a good initial goal, getting that done requires a lot of quest completion and grinding for stats in itself
You'll have your stats you need and a good base to play off of long before you finish the quest.

Mining yes, but I did like 40-60 in one go, Fishing I did Rasolo-Fishing-Cooking north of Ardy.
I used it when I got my crafting from 44-61 at Entrana, doing glass making, but beyond that I can't really think of a time I need drop scripts.
I did try out blackjacking with a script but I didn't do it for long, only 55-61 but again I did that in one sitting.
