quest cape used to be the fastest tp to a fairy ring but with fairy ring in your POH it's only marginally faster and that's purely due to loading time to enter POH which can be speculated to be possibly patched out at a later point. the rejuvenation fountain makes desert ammy 4 useless unless you want to farm kq but that's just petscapers. cons is a buyable skill and thus you can buy the equivalent of those two with minimal time investment. yes, that counts as being able to buy the perks from quest cape and desert diary 4.
