The boosters have a low cooldown, but that's all. How do you pick your fights with D.va, when most fights will wreck you 1v1 even at melee range?

Widowmaker? She can kill MEKA with the machinegun by kiting you as you shoot.
Hanzo? He can retreat and shoots arrows at the fuckhuge cockpit and kill MEKA as his health is low.
Roadhog? Can kill you before you kill him.
I can kill what, supports? Reinhardt? Widowmaker if I'm lucky? I don't understand what fights I'm supposed to fight when most of the time they result in MEKA being destroyed and the person either kiting me or running away.
Why not pick Winston and be more durable, deal more dps and have a good ultimate?

Also sometimes the best move is not to shoot, the best way to die is to spray a bunch of rockets everywhere doing 40 splash damage to their whole team while floating in the air saying "LOL I BET NONE OF YOU HAVE HITSCAN WEAPONS". 76 or McCree can take a few potshots at people just fine, but Pharah doesn't want to be seen at all until you're ready to cause chaos.

Don't forget that his ult is by far the worst of the three support types. Since he just heals quickly, you can't use it defensively to block one shot ults, and even a widow can still take down your squishies without using an ult at all.
