Sadly no. The only ship with plens that can do overlord is Oyodo.

1. It ensures helena triggers actually. Not that you'd have a 100% chance to be it, but yes.
2.If they use their AA you will lose planes very quickly. but it is a great challenge as a CV to hit such a fast highly maneuverable ship thats challenge varies based on their use of AA. Or lack of use.
