luka has similar reflex with luka and veronica, veronica isn't even a bad front totem for other elements after the changes to the defense formula either and nerua helps with stacking crit resist.
lukas action speed is also fairly close to baltheon's even after the buffs because no one goes full points into both of them.

Seeing BB nerf the pass skill does concern me. I'll commonly see matches last 15-20 mins these days in PVP. Now draws could be commonplace. Could we see a return of the zombie defence?
Also, I have a MSPU Bora waiting in the wings. Depending on how much this shifts the meta, I may consider using her. I contemplated using her if/when she gets her active changed, but it seems that the game is swinging more to utility strikers than ever before.

Not really liking this patch, yes it's a nerf to annoying units such as Silla and Luka and a buff to other passers too but its also an indirect nerf to strikers without built in pen like Sharr and Hiro. My Sharr already has 0 pen already and this nerf to Silla makes it worse, I can't really use pen stone on Sharr cause I need crit and if I take it off I'm screwed either way cause all of these 180+ CR GKs roaming around, and going up against high DR GKs are going to be living hells, but of course I can't really be selfish so I just wish they would buff Sharr or Hiro even a little bit. Firstly, Sky is a S2 player so you can't choose her when recalling Silla or Luka. Second, look at Silla's primary position bonus. Just because she's an in-line passer doesn't mean she is a frontline passer; she's as much a frontline passer as Neraizel is. Just because her EE gave her pen and her active got changed to attack power doesn't mean she has to be put in the frontline. That being said, there are plenty of reasons that Max HP can help a frontline. The fact of the matter is that Silla fits into too many teams due to her amazing rainbow ace, huge utility, and respectable offensive passives. I like the change, and it's irritating to see people like you come along and say "omg Bigball retarded" every patch because now your cookie-cutter Silla-Luka-William frontline got nerfed (not saying you use that, just using it as an example).

When you compared it to say, Guinevere, it really was sort of unfair. Guinevere had 20% crit damage and 20% pen power, half of her skill being useful only if your striker could crit reliably. Besides, Silla also gives the frontline a nice HP boost now, which will make it slightly tankier.

Still, I am very glad to see that BB isn't doing recall dodge bullshit now. You can trade Silla and Luka in (Though, I will secretly judge you for doing so and thinking nerf=garbage. They're still incredibly powerful and Luka is 100% viable since IC hasn't been nerfed... yet).
Also, Silla's pen nerf means that you'll have to look for other options for pen power, such as Guinevere or socketing a blue-pen stone in. Honestly, I don't think it's going to be that big of a change since she still provides some pen power, and really, it encourages diversity, imo. Now that you don't have these ultimate assists totems that provides the jelly in addition to the peanut butter and bread, people might actually start trying to use their brains now.
