I normally don't agree with "Draw rates are lying/are fraudulent/are rigged" statements, and it might just be me, but I can't help but feel as if they went downhill. On my old account, I usually got at least one five star for every 10+1, but now, I haven't gotten any since the first one I did.
All the five stars aside from Isillia, that I've obtained are from single draws (I got Dumbkael from a premium ticket and Angela from a random draw I did to fill mileage), Mileage, boxes, or scouts. I'm literally at the point where I don't want to do ten plus ones anymore and just do single draws.
I don't know, I heard there was a bug of some sort in the past that caused ten plus one rates to be crap, so it might've cropped up again, or maybe it's just me, but I can't help but notice a change.
And also, when I was rolling for referrals, I did for both my accounts, on the old account I rolled referrals for, all the ten+one draws I did at the beginning normally contained at least one five star. When I rolled referrals for my new account, all twenty of them, only five had a five star in a ten+one.
Even more scary, is that I'm not the only one feeling this way. And neither are you.

I belong to the 3rd category and i have tons of fun i may not be as competitive as others who are in my level (well i learn some things about this game when i was lvl 60+ because that's when i joined a club and learned a lot) but i'm having fun and try to collect the characters that i like and check how far i can go afterwards. Thankfully, Soccer Spirits unlike other games allows to both f2p,p2p players to give them a chance to collect them. I hope it helps bro.
