Because on defense they come to you. When you change murder spots you know where they'll come next time. On offense you need to get close enough to their base to deploy and they're all waiting for you. On offense Bastion has to play from further away and doesn't get the choice spots unless you slip in during a push when everyone is distracted.

flanking works well. Run ahead a little bit and set up in areas with doorways looking out at where the enemies will be running past or set up in rooms with health packs. If you got a Reinhardt with you and wants to guard you, you can literally set up anywhere any time. Also, his regular weapon is pretty damn good, you'd be surprised how well you can just run around and gun people down that way til you find a good nesting area. Just be ready for shitters to complain if you play on attack or koth 'bastion is only good for defense'. Once you git gud you can play any hero on any map/mode and do well.

She's almost perfect as she is.

All of my friends think he's trash but when I play him I just go full defensive TF2 Medic and dodge like it's the fucking Matrix. It's really satisfying getting Discord on a tank that keeps trying to harass you then tearing them to pieces. Like you said, it's a lot of work bouncing heals and Discord while trying to kill and not be killed, but when you get into the rhythm it's fun as hell. They just need to buff his health or movement a little. He floats for Christ's sake, why can't he get a little boost or extra jump? I'll take one or the other, extra mobility would be fine with his lower health if it means better dodging.

It's unusual, but I love healing classes in every game I've played. I am adequate with about half the heroes in overwatch, but mercy, at least to me, is ridiculously fun.
