Im using the same nif from the Dawnguard dlc. I used BSA unpacker to get it. Both the Dawnguard nif and Snakestone nif have the same BSLightingShaderProperty.

Just follow this guide http://wiki.step-project.com/Main_Page and don't try to install +300 mods by yourself or you'll end up literally wasting weeks trying to make them compatible and may not even success(personal experience)
That link is called STEP:CORE(or extended if you choose to install all the mods from the list) .
You can choose to play as it is, or install a STEP pack:http://wiki.step-project.com/Category:Packs
There are some packs that are compatible between each other so you could install 3-4, that will leave you close to 255 mods, which is the limit unless you merge plugins.
l recommend you to install the Everything + The Kitchen Sink pack. lt includes several other packages so don't forget to install them beforehand.
Also lf you are new to installing mods read every damn word from the guide, they are there for a reason. Actually, you'd be better off following a tutorial video, l'm sure you'll find some STEP guide on youtube.

The only replacer I know of using is Dawnguard Heavy Boots and Gloves, and that doesnt effect the armor piece. Unless USLEEP edits the Dawnguard Armor.

I have a really simple Morrowind install right now. Less than 20 mods.
Decided to test out HiRez armors, because it was mentioned in the morrowind guide. Got the new version as well as the texture fixes, but I'm still getting an error in Vivec on some of the indoril nifs.
It says I'm missing textures/tx_armor_exc.dds
Tried reinstalling to no avail. Is there a known fix for this?

Yes. I think it only works while you're wearing a full set of either type of armour though. So if you like not using a helmet it won't passively raise it. Ordinator does have this feature though. It was the first thing I noticed while playing that heavy armour went up when I was running and not in combat being hit.

Soooo, I fixed the problem. I don't use any ENB and my computer is a toaster, so I don't think a pic would show a lot, but it was all because of your cubemap. It's not the same as the one used by the original danwguard armor. To fix the shine, put "dg_cubemap.dds" into your folder, rename it into "snakestones_cubemap.dds" and everything must be okay when it's done.

Alright.
basically, almost all texture paths are wrong. You edited to texture path for the hairs, but not on the headmesh. Settings in the CK are essentially worthless with custom meshes, since the Author of these meshes made special paths to the textures in nifscope. You need to change these.

This contains data for your hairs and eyes. You have to select each one of them (hairs, hairline, Brows, Eyes) and select the texture path
Nifscope WILL show a whitemesh if you make the path like this:

But don't worry, its still right.
everything before "textures" need to be deleted from the path
Next to the eyes itself. These where still pointing at "the eyes of beauty" folder.
You have to select the files inside your followers folder.
Repeat the exact same for brows and hairs.

You still have a visible neckseam and you might wanna change textures again, i replaced yours with my latest ones to be able to see the body better.
If you want to keep the new textures you need to change the skin color again
