Alright so this time I followed this guide, set up the custom race right I think, but the eyes and shit are still not working and purple on a vanilla install.
On my normal install its pulling the textures from my install for some reason so they work but the body is the wrong size again and the hair is like its missing the entire scalp part. I have hair and hairline headparts set up correctly as far as I can tell.
Facial proportions even kinda look off.
I'm gonna look at other followers in CK to see if anything dawns on me.
I haven't touched tes5edit yet either. I wouldn't know where to start and I'm hoping I can scrape by without it.

I'm actually kind of amazed that there is a mod for Morrowind that lets me see what my character sees. You know, similar to how Enhanced Camera works in Skyrim.

I'm still on this one (he's released more) but technically it's a quest mod, but there is no new added landmass. New enemies and bosses (usually dragons and wizards) are added around Skyrim, and they are pretty hard. Everyone drops cool spells, and the dragon bosses drop lots of loot and a conjure spell for said dragon. A few little battle arenas are added for the tougher fights, but overall I think it's pretty well integrated into the game. Never had a problem with it, although the dragon summons can act a little weird sometimes.

Well for startes, making a character "requires" either ECE or Racemenu. either allow editing of the skin color.
I suggest you start with Racemenu. It has more support across the modding scene, is more up to date and delivers more features like warpaints, bodyslide plugins and an extremely valuable sculpt tool(you can make your own vampire teeth with this). If you, however, absolutely want to use ECE you can do this too, but you will find yourself limited when it comes to making vampires.
Next, for gameplay there really is only better vampires. I wouldnt suggest using the vampire lord form at all so i cannot suggest any mods for that.
For the body, you want UNP. You can get wings from this mod: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/53271/?
Finding good armor and clothing is hard. You definitely want to start with amidianborn for MUCH better HD vanilla textures, and then the big search begins.
Amidianborn also makes the Vampire clothing much better.
Next install Rustic Clothing and if you feel like going a bit more skimpy, you want UNP Minidresses and Spice Gear

if you want the effect of that mod for followers you have to replace the meshes of the follower hairs with the ones from that mod and then open nifscope to fix the texture path

I assumed the folder names didn't matter much once you got inside of the "character name" folder. I'll replicate another follower's folder structure when I get home.
The hair and hairline nif are definitely pathed to "textures\" in nifskope because the video told me to do those.
I'm not sure about in CK. I think it shows the full file path in the textureset windows.

I'd suggest looking at mods like Beeing Female, I think that mod add tampons to npc females. Might give you an idea on how to do it, it's probably a script of some kind though.

I had an issue somewhat similar to this, where I initially used a wrong texture for a headpart, but correcting it had no effect. The only way I fixed it was just by making new head parts for the stuff that was messed up. Hopefully the worst case scenario is that you'll just have to remake all the head parts, but I'll dig around in CK and see if I find anything else.

Well Anna's story has ended. So i went back and resurrect a preset from 2014/15i went too far with the editing of Annawhich i then "updated" and she is now "the" character. Her name is Synn and shes supposed to be Anna's sister.
Anyways, some expressions work much better on her now that i reset most of the mouth and eye sliders and picked new mouth/eyes

I haven't wrote the final things down yet, but there will be a 2 actor scene image set involving Anna and Synn meeting.
The last thing Anna did was using the staff of magnus to merge with the skull of corruption. She was told to do so by the skull and pretty much is completely insane now. She cannot sleep anymore, since the second she'd fall asleep she would end up in Quagmire and in Vaermina's hands. Vaermina is looking for her, and shes pissed.
The psijic Order also sent a group after her to find out what she did with the Staff of Magnus, which has been missing since(altho hes known to do that on his own)
As last effort to escape Vaermina, Anna went to the soulcairn where she met a new friend, and thats where everything ends for now.

it's worth learning, there can be a learning curve for some situations, but many are simple enough and to redo your entire vanilla armor set and stuff like immersive armors, etc... is dead simple, and makes no sense not to do.
custom armors is where you'll need to start learning how to use outfit studio, and that can take a bit to figure out.
Here's a tip: FIT THE BODY TO THE ARMOR FIRST! Lock the shape, by selecting Set Base Shape in the SLIDER menu, then in the File menu select MAKE CONVERSION REFERENCE. When your sliders change move the new slider all the way to the right, which will alter the armor back to a CBBE body. If need be, load a new reference body again (whatever you think will match the best, play with the sliders again to match the BODY to the ARMOR and repeat as is necessary). If done properly you will NEVER have to alter the armor yourself or at least very little. This gets much easier with some practice.

It's a mode. The mode you're talking about now allows you to view from within your 'hood' - So if you were wearing a hood, you would see the sides of it. The other mode is like a normal 1st person perspective that hides the hood. I think it's 8 on your numpad or something to switch between the two, I don't remember.

good luck, gets easier with practice. the video tutorials online will tell you to alter the armor, which is a very bad habit to get into and a horrible way to resize the armor. the GOAL is to get the armor to fit CBBE (UUNP's base body is also CBBE, so that's why I say that) once you have the armor at the point where it fits CBBE properly, you can then easily convert it to any body type you want, either a well known type or a custom body that you specify. You will no longer have to use Outfit Studio any more for it at that point and you can just use Bodyslide itself. So basically, if you find an armor that you want and it's not available in UUNP, always look for a CBBE version of it, because that can be easily converted to UUNP. You'll find that most UNP or UNPB etc conversions that you download from the nexus and other places don't exactly fit those same body types in Bodyslide, they're close, but enough to cause clipping (you would need to convert those armors to CBBE before you can Bodyslide them) so if you just download the CBBE versions instead, they always convert simple.

The back of the skull ends way too abruptly for an anthropomorphic lizard. It should be a bit longer than that. Secondly, the neck doesn't really connect to the head very well considering how big it is. The neck itself should be thicker to accommodate that.
On top of that, the body proportions are ridiculous. The arms are way too skinny, the left shoulder is connected improperly, the right boob is somehow larger than the left. Also I can't tell, but that hand that's hanging onto the tree-branch doesn't seem to be anchored to the forearm that well.

these 'variations' you speak of are possible for both cbbe and unp, the only difference is the poly count. the basic shapes are the same and for the most part are visually identical these days. just as unp is now easily modified into any body type, cbbe isn't as bad regarding it's poly count as it use to be. however, cbbe still has a lower poly count than unp.

This part is true. Except Crystal-Like-Law was destroyed between games (or rather, offstage during the events of Oblivion, around the time of the siege of Kvatch), as was the Khajiiti tower. The state of the Valenwood tower, Green-Sap, is indeterminate, but it is most likely still active, and appears to be the most or second-most resilient tower since it is a living being (the forest of walking trees called Falinesti, which put down roots in anticipation of the Oblivion Crisis and the rise of the Thalmor, but is most likely still alive). Orichalcum Tower was destroyed long before the events of the main games, and Ada-Mantia still stands. The big outstanding note is that because the Stone of Snow-Throat is not absolutely 100% clear, it might still be active. Yes, everything suggests Valenwood or Valenwood+Elsweyr (due to the small size of each province) very strongly. It has the last probably-active Tower besides Ada-Mantia, said tower used to be walking trees which would be hard for Bethesda to animate and code but they conveniently established that they've put down roots now back in Oblivion, it's in the heart of Dominion territory and Skyrim just established that the Aldmeri Dominion is back in full force so it's a centre of intrigue, it's an elven territory after two human-territory games in a row, and they could call the game something cool and likely to sell like "TES VI: Dominion."

Elven I actually prefer in Skyrim. Glass I prefer in Oblivion but I don't dislike it in Skyrim.
That's reminded me. Does anyone else think rather than having a heavy and light armour skill, there's just an armour skill, and it increases quicker if you move in heavy, making it easier to move in any type, but it's an uphill struggle and easier to level it up in chainmail first then go onto full plate, etc? I always thought it was a bit silly that Elven which was in lore as good as steel but lighter negates less damage if you have a low light but high heavy armour skill. Honestly I think damage negation should be fixed depending on the equipment and skill only effects manoeuvrability. There could be other perks to the armoured skill other than just movement speed increase (or less decreased), like fast strafing (dodging) or jumping opening up with plate on where it was impossible on a lower level, etc. In general the skill effecting the resistance of the material sounds pretty retarded. To a certain extent being accustomed to moving in it would mean you'd guard/manoeuvre to stop the few exposed gaps being thrust through more so armour rating could increase a little bit with the skills because there'd be no mechanic for the player to actively do that (haven't got full body control of the character like your own body obviously), but I think it'd be better if armour rating of materials was almost fixed and just higher level stuff was rarer to find but negated more damage without having to have a high heavy/light armour skill. Of course this might just sound lazy and normiefying to some because it's shortening the list of skills more but it's more realistic. P.S. to this long ramble having different armours with different negation of damage of different actions with weapons (i.e. thrust hurts plate more than chop which is neglible, hammer hurts a lot more than anything that can be done with a sword, etc.)

So I finally got around to re-installing Skyrim and all of my mods after the big Nexus update 6 months ago completely broke my game. All of my characters are working properly again and I haven't been having any real crash problems. Even my custom boob jiggle outfits are working.
I'm surprised at how good this game still looks with 150 mods slapped on it, although it also is reminding me that this is probably the year to upgrade my GPU. With Realvision enabled, my 4GB GTX 680 only gets about 30 FPS.
