It really should be added to the OP site's unrecommended mods so that we don't have to explain every time. Basically it's a perpetually unfinished mod. It really doesn't affect much more than Whiterun at this time. The worst part is that it's compatibility is very limited with a lot of very popular mods, but it could very easily be rectified. So I apparently did something very wrong.
I thought everything was in order last night, but apparently it was just loading the textures and meshes from my install, not from the follower's folder. If I hop onto a fresh mo profile she has default meshes and texturenotfound purple hair and eyes.
I rebuilt it a few times and its still not loading them from its own folder. I followed https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3I1nvXOb3T4. Only diverging at the end to change "nords and vampires" to "dark elf and vampire" to get the hair and shit to show up in the drop down window without having to do tes5edit stuff. I guess thats where the problem lies?
