Every account has a hidden stat called MMR, or Matchmaking Rating. When you win a game, your MMR goes up, and when you lose a game, your MMR goes down. This is proportional to the skill of the enemies you are playing against, and the skill of your teammates. When the matchmaker puts you in a game, it attempts to find matches where both sides have a 50% chance of winning. This naturally leads to players gravitating towards 50% winrates. It does this using your MMR.
The fact that you have a 50% win rate does NOT correlate to your skill level. Neither does your account level. A player can be level 40 with a low MMR, or a level 15 with a high MMR. If you are a better player than your MMR would suggest, then you will get placed into games with a higher than 50% chance of winning them. Likewise, if your skill level is lower than your MMR would suggest, then you will be placed into games that you have a less than 50% chance of winning. This will continue until your MMR reflects your true skill. If a player believes that their MMR is beneath their skill level, and that they consistently play with and against players that are less skilled than them, they simply have to play more games, and eventually their MMR will reflect their true skill.
Always remember that you are the only constant in between your games, and that you do have a significant impact in the outcome. Especially in an FPS, one player out of 6 makes a huge contribution. When one talks about unfair games and that they are consistently put into games that they have no chance of winning, only means that the Matchmaker thought that they were more skilled than they really are, and put them into a higher level game than they belong in. It is unreasonable to suggest that the matchmaker consistently places a player into games where their team is less skilled than themselves and the enemy team.
TL;DR, Forced 50 is real, but it is a good thing that allows games to more fair and of higher quality. Win rate=/= skill.

Blizzard has realized that people who can't play your game won't buy it, so they try to make games that run on as many machines as possible.
Also since the engine was probably based on the titan engine, it was supposed to handle MMO level numbers of people with good performance, so with "only" 12 characters it probably runs amazingly well

If you're able to get your M2 off it means the Roadhog fucked up or you lived due to a bug with hook and Lucio's hitbox that sometimes puts him behind/to the side of Hog instead of right in front.
The hook combo is adequate to kill Lucio prior to the stun wearing off, done right hook means instant, uncounterable death for Lucio.

If Tracer outplays McCree's initial flashbang she has a pretty hefty advantage but she's beyond dead if she DOES get hit by the bang (to the point where when I'm on the McCree side I don't even bother wasting ammo on FtH, just a headshot and a melee).

It's possible to play high energy Zarya at higher levels. It just gets more mind-gamey. She's very good when they pick heroes who provide damage like Junkrat, Pharah, Torb, etc. You've also got to remember that 200 of her health is regenerating shields, I often find it's easy to nab some charge by letting them get the shield portion of her health down then popping the shield as they try to burst her from half HP.
Additionally it doesn't really matter if she isn't doing damage when you're in a coordinated team. She's a walking ultimate for the wombo combo, as well as her shield being useful for saving your Pharah or Mercy in a tight spot.

It's also worth noting that since both Reinhardts are melee they need to stay in each others faces to hurt each other. You think those autists with 40 hours of Widow play are suddenly going to stop playing her when she gets nerfed? 1. Its literally all they know and 2. These sniper only faggots exist in literally every role based shooter these days, theres going to be a huge amount of Widow only players no matter how shit she is. So now instead of a shit aim Widow on your team missing 90% of her shots but still ultimately being somewhat useful because of her ridiculous ult and low skill floor due to charged body shots, now you're going to have a completely useless deadweight anchor on your team nearly every game.

You're not playing him right. Torbs is not supposed to be a stationary champ. Your turret is there for your support or clutch defense and nothing more.
Place the turret somewhere hidden to the side. Wait for the enemy group to arrive. Right-click spam with your turret hitting them from your opposite side, they're being reamed from two different angles and have no real way of stopping it. Works best when you have your Q up.
Until you get your Q up, just drop t1 turrets all the time. ALL THE TIME. Whenever you could use one, drop it. Then just single-shot spam for max range.

Reyes and Jack joined Overwatch at the exact same time. Reyes was put in charge of the initial Overwatch strike because he was a black ops badass and his field leadership is what let the initial strike team of 6 shutdown the Omnium facilities.

When I Tracer, I try to keep their healer down until they pick a different class. After that, I focus on lower health people, Bastion, and tanks if my bomb is up.

And then in the bitrate box, manually do the math to figure out how much you could squeeze before it goes over 3 MB. You don't have to do this if it's say...a short webm but sometimes the auto-settings put out crap quality at low bitrates so you have to micromanage it a lot.
3MB = ~3000kB (it's 3072 but I like some wiggle room) = 3000 * 8 kb (kB and kb are different; kilobyte and kilobit)
Your bitrate = 24000 kb / number of seconds.
e.g. 20 second webm = 24000 / 20 = 1200kb/s bitrate.
I just use WebM for Retards.
