yes, with a cooldown. when you start bringing your team into it then it's not much of a counter, obviously mei + her team will kill a lone tracer
why would tracer be trying to kill a mei sitting with her team anyway? she would be poking at range to build up her ult charge and then try to pop open their defenses.
at the end of the day, mei can't run away from tracer, but tracer can always run away from mei, so it's hardly a counter. tracer can always come back for another try after pissing off to a health pack or regen'ing health with recall, but if mei loses the duel (which isn't difficult to do since tracer is still OK at midrange where Mei is least effective unless she has godlike icicle aim) tracer can keep forcing the issue and chase her

Hanzo is honestly not terrible in King's Row last point. Throwing Sonic Arrow out there will give you some idea where people are, Scatter Arrow is good if you bait the connector to get a pick or you can use it to farm for Ult building, and Dragonstrike will force Bastion to fuck off or die (along with wiping out any steel traps). Also, you get high ground for free unless either Junkrat wants to waste a Concussion Mine. The hardest thing about pushing this would probably be the 76 and Mercy, who can heal/res the team. Getting Bastion and Mercy down while you have 6 up if your cue to go go go.
The rest of your team, however, must also not be retarded and peak when there's a Roadhog waiting to hook them or eat Junkrat/76 spam, so best of luck with that.

yes, I will completely admit the icicle is very threatening, but it's still rather difficult to hit Tracer. when most people think about Mei being a counter to Tracer they think about the freeze but Tracer has a very easy way to get out of her freeze.
also, it's also fair to mention that Tracers damage is really good especially if she gets some headshots as well. a full clip can easily do 200ish of Mei's HP, forcing her to iceblock. at melee range it can even kill her before Tracer gets frozen

CSGO and DotA 2 have the same thing.
In CSGO people have 49% avg winrate
In DotA 2 it's around 50-54% and legit players have 60-80%.
Games where it's harder to make a difference has lower winrate, like CSGO where you'd have to kill 5 equally skilled enemies to win, in one round if you were to win whilst in DotA 2 you can just play 1v9 and win.
Overwatch is literally 6v6 with many combinations and it's quite hard to carry due to hero limitations. Although some strats might be abused to break this.
Again, until you can partner with some friend and find some OP strat, you are gonna have a hard time climbing because of the balance.

Reinhardt with his team actually doing anything useful behind him can be a problem. One bastion could be enough.
I'd suggest dropping in 1 Mercy for amping visors and reviving dead soldiers. It's a dank composition for rolling quick play lobbies for sure. Best done on Attack so the defense can't adapt to the cheese.

Nobody actually thinks Taimou cheats in the pro circuit. Hell, in the second clip you can even see him getting bodyshots because he didn't predict Lucio's path properly.
The Surefour clip shows him flicking from one target in his sight to another. It's honestly nothing out of the ordinary. Cherrypicking that one time he lucked out and managed to draw a bead on the head doesn't make him a hacker. Furthermore C9 recently played on LAN and he still dominated.
