Necromancer Cast on Crit with Groundslam / Bladefall etc. to abuse the different offerings, possibly worth the effort? Fast mapclear with Flesh offering, defensive option with bone offering, and possibly the new spirit offering as a more multiplier (depends on the numbers, though).
With the new Spirit offering, it might even be possible to play around with Eldritch battery and use the es gained from it as a mana pool, so I can reserve 100% of my mana and avoid elreon jewelry. Trap + Cluster Trap + Desecrate or Spell Totem for bosses, offering on blood magic support.
It sounds cool, but it might just end up being fucking annoying. Assassin might be straight up better in the end. Thoughts?

2) Voltaxic Lightning Arrow Build, farm more.

There are some synergies with only having 1 life but they're almost useless in the current meta. Melee damage on full life works well for example since you'll always be at full life but no one goes melee attack CI anymore.

Just lose the AoE if you're not using an AoE spell and change to cold to fire etc etc. you can repec later.
Learn how to craft a +1 sceptre and do it asap. quartz ideally. wield 2 of those until maps. I DO recommend a cloak of flame if you can get a hold of one cheap. it's plenty good enough for low tier mapping, which should be a reasonable goal for you.

One of the rare builds you'll see destroying twinned t13 + bosses effortlessly, including Core Malachai. Only downside I see to it is that it relies on so many uniques that it's somewhat hard to cap res for ele weakness maps, and it starts somewhat slowly, but once you get your setup going, it's damn near unstoppable. With 2% leech, that's 80k dps. Seems doable with EQ because FREE 80% MORE damage.

Divide your HP by 5, this is your maximum life leech rate cap. There are ways to increase it but I'll ignore them for the sake of simplicity here.
So 1200 life per second for a 6k hp character.
Say you have 2% leech. So you need 1200/0.02 = 60k damage from a single hit to that cap, or 10 times your hp. If you hit twice a second, you only need 30k per hit, 4 times a second, 7.5k and so on.
The easiest ways to improve your leech vs single target are, in no particular order, increase of life leech rate, increase of % leech, increase of attack speed.

You're probably not wrong, the original idea was to run warlord's mark on blasphemy with the new juggernaut endurance charge on being hit to kick off the damage. It gets a little trickier with RF, so i'll probably just run discharge normally and respec in later if the concept works out. I added some more regen, and with the bonus regen from the prophecy kaom's signs it may be a little more feasible.

With the changes to charge generation, it is likely that non-CoC discharge will actually have max endurance charges fairly often barring insane cast speed. White and blue packs will certainly die instantly and unless RNG just fucks you, you'll be full on charges going into the next pack.
Also, 10 charge discharge with all the shiny new more multipliers and RF to back it up is probably just better than flameblast. No need to stack cast speed to do similar damage, instantly and with the ability to move out of big damage.

Irrelevant. Evasion is better than armour with the proper setup. Armor/Evasion hybrid is even better, but is niche. And you don't get one-shot with Enfeeble (reduced crit mult, less damage) so that argument doesn't even fly anymore. Armour builds also have typically much lower dps than evasion builds and we all know how the meta favours dps over having 50k armour nowadays.

Initially, I'll be running blasphemy/warlords mark without RF. Using whatever weapon I can get my hands on until I can snag a doryani's, probably going to test scepters since the new buffs.
Eventually, there's some other options for end charges that i'll have to test and see what I like best (ie: endurance charge on melee stun + shield charge, CoH something, even enduring cry could work).

Recently I've been playing a Scion in the HC league since we're between leagues. I gave her a bunch of maps going up to T10 that I had lying around and started mapping.
My investment into rolling maps has been roughly the same as last time. I ran many dozens of maps, including a grand total of three T10s and about the same number of T9s, during which time I leveled from 90 to 91. Most of my time was spent in T7 and T8 maps, with a couple of trips down to T6. I just finished running a couple of chiseled T8 maps chaosed to have decent quantity and pack size. After finishing those, I have no maps above T6 left.

Lightning arrow is good because it has the fastest clearspeed of all the bow skills and can use frost wall pierce to destroy bosses. The elemental damage conversion is just a leveling tool.
Windripper is the best elemental bow in the game after the voltaxic nerf. With changes to ascendancies you have other ways to mitigate reflect, such as elementalist reducing reflected damage and raider giving you more projectile dodge.
Elemental is seen as superior to physical on bows, both because it's easier to protect yourself against reflect and because it's easier to scale from items and auras.

Huge AOE bonuses from slayer will cover full screen with vaal gs. Vaal gs has huge base attack damage and is useable with multistrike. Since we will get the ascendancy splash node for AOE we will have no problem ramping up the first charges.
