On effects like the Painforged gladiator skill that grants block chance if you've been hit....is it best to take that much less block chance off the top so it can perfectly reach max block? Or do you just ignore it if you can get max block anyway?

You don't need knockback with Lion's roar and CWDT+BV+Knockback+blind
Lacerate is good but EQ with dw entropy is wrong idea, only main hand attack so probably you will need to use eclipse as off hand to make it worth.
